Dynamic Clips empower you and your team to insert Clips directly into your articles.
The magic lies in their dynamic nature—if you update the original Clip, the changes instantly reflect across all articles where that Clip is used. No more manual editing of multiple articles when you need to make a change! ⚡️

Uniformity & Consistency: Ensure that all your articles maintain the same format and information. Any change you make to a Clip will be automatically updated everywhere it’s used.

We've got some exciting news for developers! 🚀 We've rolled out a brand-new feature in HelpDocs: JWT Studio.
This handy tool is designed to make your life a whole lot easier when it comes to handling JSON Web Tokens (JWTs).

Here’s a quick rundown of what JWT Studio brings to the table:
Create JWTs Right in the Dashboard: No more jumping between different tools. You can now create your JWTs directly within HelpDocs.
Set Permission Groups: Need to assign specific permissions? No problem. You can specify a Permission Group for each JWT to keep things secure.
Expiry Date Management: Ensure your JWTs are only valid for as long as you need them by setting expiration dates.
Validate JWTs: Double-check your tokens with our built-in validator to ensure everything is implemented correctly.

Interactive Analytics: Engage with your HelpDocs analytics in an intuitive way by clicking a flamegraph and heading to a filtered view in your Stats.
